Return Shipping Costs
For normal returns, including change of mind, incorrect size ordered or buyer's remorse, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution. Where a return is required because of our error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@londonfinds.com.
Please include photographs showing the problem so that we can assist you quickly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days after approval for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Original Shipping Costs
As we currently provide free standard shipping within the UK, there is normally no original shipping charge to refund.
Exchanges
If you would like another size or product, please contact our customer service team. Depending on availability, we will explain the available options.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact info@londonfinds.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure may apply.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
